Central New Jersey

Central New Jersey is at the heart of the State and includes homes for sale in the counties of Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Monmouth, Hunterdon and Ocean County. New Jersey’s bursting expansion rates have made the border lines between Central New Jersey , North New Jersey and South New Jersey unclear.

Many Northern New Jerseyans, as well as New York City residents, also have migrated within the past three decades to the Central New Jersey counties, ironically to escape urbanization, which has also caused these newly urban counties to generally be more often grouped as Northern New Jersey. This leads many North and South New Jersey residents to claim that Central New Jersey simply does not exist. However, Central New Jersey residents will disagree.
